Motorists are being advised that a section of the main Kilrush to Ennis road will be temporarily closed overnight tonight.
Clare County Council is to close the N68 at Knockalough for emergency works allowing for the removal of a large tree disturbed during Storm Éowyn.

The road closure will be in effect from 10 o’clock tonight until 6 o’clock tomorrow morning, with diversions in place via Kilmihill.
