Gardaí will carry out searches on two farms in Carlow today where the bodies of two men – were discovered yesterday morning.
George Rothwell – who its reported was shot dead was found at his home near Bagnelstown in the early hours of yesterday morning while the remains of his brother law Michael Jordan were found a number of hours later in a shed on his neighbouring farm.

Post-mortems are due to be carried out later today.
Foul play isn’t suspected and its understood the two men were in dispute over land.
