Searches are continuing at the Cliffs of Moher for a Dublin man who's been reported missing since Tuesday.
Search crews were dispatched yesterday afternoon after the car the man was driving was located in the area.
Emergency services were alerted on Tuesday afternoon after the family of a man, believed to be in his late 50’s, became concerned for his wellbeing.
The car the man was driving was located near the Cliffs of Moher and Gardaí carried out an initial search, finding no trace of the man.
Early yesterday, Gardaí requested assistance from the Irish Coast Guard and members of the Doolin unit, who began a search of the cliff top and surrounding lands after the car the man was driving was located in the area.
The Shannon based rescue helicopter also carried out a search of the area.
