The Australian Prime Minister has promised his country will do all it can to assist in the search for debris for the missing Malaysian jetliner.

The operation has resumed in the southern Indian Ocean after weather conditions in the area improved.
Twelve planes and two boats from six different countries will comb an 80-thousand square kilometre area of water in a fresh search today.
