The search for a missing man has been stood down, following the discovery of a body in Clare.
A missing person’s appeal was issued over the weekend for 56-year-old John Mc Nally, who was last seen in Shannon on May 19th.

Gardaí last night confirmed the search was stood down yesterday, following the discovery of a body in Shannon.
An Garda Síochána have thanked the public for their assistance.
