Bad weather's being offered as a possible explanation for the disappearance of an Air Asia plane flying from Indonesia to Singapore.
162 people – including well over a dozen children – were on board the aircraft when it stopped communicating with air traffic control.

The British Foreign Office has confirmed a British national is among 162 people on board the missing plane.
It's understood that just before the plane lost contact with air traffic control, the pilot asked to change course to avoid bad weather.
