A community group is confident that the Ennis 2040 reset will give the public a greater say in the future of the town.
The designated activity company has this week decided to pause the controversial Abbey Street and Harvey’s Quay riverside car park developments, and has also announced a review of its plans for the Post Office Field.
The three projects have triggered mass protests in the town centre and at Áras Chontate An Chláir, amid concerns over the loss of parking and prime civic spaces.
