Ryanair has accepted the IAG offer for its share in Aer Lingus.

In a statement this morning, Ryanair says its board voted unanimously in favour of the deal for its 29.8% stake.
Ryanair says it will now vote in favour of acceptance of the IAG offer for Aer Lingus at an EGM next week.
In a statement, Chief Executive Michael O'Leary said the bid for its 29.8% share is a 'reasonable one' and represents the 'best interests' of shareholders.
