Ryanair Awarded €250,000 After Anonymous Twitter Bomb Threat

Ryanair has been awarded almost 250 thousand euro after an anonymous Twitter user tweeted a bomb threat.

The post last year read – “You have 15 minutes before I commit the biggest terror attack the UK has ever seen on one of your planes.”

The user was tracked down to the US state of Pennsylvania and Ryanair filed extortion and defamation proceedings.
