The Transport Minister has promised to engage with stakeholders as he looks to appoint a new Chairperson for Shannon Group.
Minister Eamon Ryan has admitted it’s “important” that the role is filled, and says he expects that to happen within what he described as “a number of weeks.”
The Minister was urged to pause the process to allow for engagement with local Oireachtas members, who have broadly welcomed his promises that this will occur.
