The IMPACT Trade Union has written to Aer Lingus Management to restate its opposition to a takeover of the airline by IAG.

The Union took the move after a member of the Central Representative Council, Myles Worth, said yesterday that staff are broadly in favour of the buyout.
In a letter to the Chief Executive Designate of the Airline IMPACT says the takeover is bad for Aer Lingus staff and threatens their jobs.
