This year’s Rose of Clare is thanking the local community for its support following her crowning over the weekend.
Kilmurry Ibrickane native Joanna Doohan was crowned the 2026 Rose of Clare in Cooraclare last Friday night.

The captain of the Clare ladies football team was selected from 14 contestants, who took part in the event over two nights last week.
She says she is grateful for the steadfast support of her parish.
