All Roads No Longer Lead To Dublin Following M20 Announcement

The Taoiseach says all roads will no longer lead to Dublin.

Leo Varadkar has announced that the long awaited M20 motorway will form a major part of the Government’s 10-year Capital Plan.

The route, which will link Cork and Limerick, will reduce journey times by 45 minutes, and it’s hoped it will provide for a trade and tourism boost for Clare, following the recent opening of the new motorway extension to Galway.

Speaking in Cork today, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar confirmed that it’s full steam ahead for the project.

Bunratty Haulier and Past President of the IRHA, Eoin Gavin has been telling Clare FM’s Fiona Cahill that the opening of the route will have a significant impact on trade:
