Post-mortem examinations are expected to be carried out this morning on the remains of two people killed in a crash in South East Clare in the early hours of yesterday.
The pair lost their lives while two men in their 20s were hospitalised with serious injuries following the single-vehicle crash in Parteen.
Gardaí were called to the scene shortly after midnight, where the car had become engulfed in flames.
