Gardaí are at the scene of a two-vehicle collision on the M18 near the Inn at Dromoland.
The incident occurred in the past half hour at Junction 12 on the southbound portion of the motorway and is causing tailbacks on that section of the road.
There are no reports of any injuries and Gardaí expect the scene to be cleared shortly and for traffic to return to normal.
