Concern That 15 Metre 5G Mast In Ennis Will “Set Dangerous Precedent”

An Ennis Fine Gael Councillor is warning that a “dangerous precedent” will be set, should a 15-metre 5G mast go ahead on the Lahinch Road.

Mary Howard has lodged an appeal with An Bord Pleanála against the decision by Clare County Council to give the development the green light.

The mast is planned for near the Claureen Roundabout on the Lahinch Road and Cllr Howard feels it would contradict proper planning and sustainable development.
