An incident involving a truck in Ennistymon this morning has been described as futher evidence of the urgent need to find a solution to traffic problems at Blake's Corner.

A truck jacknifed at the notorius traffic black spot around 6.30am this morning leading to the road being closed to one lane of traffic.
No-one was injured in the incident and the truck has since been towed away.
But Ennistymon Councillor Richard Nagle says the accident could have resulted in more serious consequences.
