House prices in County Clare rose on average by 9% last year and are expected to climb another 10% in 2015.

That's according to the Irish Independent's 'How much is your house worth?' survey published today.
It's monitored property sales in Ennis, Ennistymon, Kilrush and Shannon and says the average house price in the county is now 120,000 euro – but large scale detached homes in rural areas are fetching 300,000 euro.
