The resumption of construction projects in the Shannon Free Zone has been described as a vote of confidence in the area and the region as a whole.
Shannon Commercial Properties this week announced that construction recommenced on three signature buildings on a 12-acre site in Blocks K and L, with further projects aimed at attracting new business also progressing.
While EI Electronics is moving ahead with an expansion of its facility, which it’s hoped will ultimately result in the creation of up to 200 additional jobs.
