A major report into the Irish software sector has found that Ireland risks losing jobs because of the lack of skilled workers here.

The companies surveyed have increased the numbers involved in software development by over 30% in the past three years.
But they say that given the shortage of suitably skilled workers here there is a danger that thousands of jobs could be created elsewhere instead.
