Rental prices in rural areas remain stagnant, despite rises in Dublin.

The latest results from the Private Residential Tenancies Board and the ESRI's Rent Index show that Dublin rents grew by 7.6 percent over the year – with some apartments showing higher than ten percent growth.
In many areas outside Dublin, however, rents are slightly down, except for Cork and Galway.
