Rental prices in Clare are increasing.

The latest Daft.ie report on the rental market shows that average rental prices here are up to 576 euro, an annual increase of 4.6%.
The report also shows a reduction in the number of properties available, as students prepare to face the new college year.
Rents in Limerick, Galway, Cork and Dublin have all increased significantly.
