The average cost of renting a home in Clare has increased by 3.3 per cent in the past year.

According to the latest report from Daft dot Ie rents around the country have risen by more than 11 per cent in the last 12 months.
Nationally the average rent now stands at 933 euro – while here in Clare that figure stands at 562 euro.
In Dublin – the rise is greater – with prices up 14 per cent on this time last year.
