Clare has recorded an over 11% increase in rental costs in the last twelve months
The latest quarterly report from Daft.ie shows that tenants are now paying an average of €1,239 per month for their accommodation needs in this county.

The largest increase in Clare’s property portfolio came in the way of 3 bed houses, rising by 19% in the last year.
Meanwhile, the report shows a mortgage payment for a two-bed apartment is almost 50% cheaper than its rental cost.
A mortgage payment for such a property costs approximately €525 while renting the same dwelling charges €986.
