The average price of renting a house in Clare has risen by 2.6% since the same time last year.
Figures from the Private Residential Tenancies Board show the average price of renting a house in the county is now 518 euro, up 13 euro on the same period in 2014.

The figures are contained in the PRTB Quarterly Rent Index which is compiled by the Economic and Social Research Institute and is the most accurate rent report of its kind on the private accommodation sector.
