Rehab CEO Angela Kerins is to resign.

The news comes after months of controversy about her €240,000 salary and the Rehab scratch-card scheme, which yielded profits of under €9,500 on almost €4 million of sales in 2010.
Full confirmation of Ms Kerins resignation is expected to come as early as this morning.
