A major recruitment drive is taking place to address significant gaps in the healthcare and childcare sectors in Clare.
An event will be held at the College of FET Ennis Campus next Tuesday from 10am and 12pm where careers in the two areas in question will be promoted by employers and educators.

The event has been organised by Employability Clare in partnership with the Department of Social Protection, Clare Local Development Company and Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board.
Guidance Counsellor from LCETB, Michael Donnellan, says finding people to fill these roles in proving a challenge.
