A Quin man diagnosed with terminal cancer says he’s not giving up the fight in his battle to reform medical cards for others that are terminally ill.
John Wall has been reacting to the publishing of the HSE’s Clinical Advisory Group report into the matter.
The report has proposed that legislative changes now be introduced to expand on eligibility for medical cards, but there is no shorter-term measure to allow medical cards be provided to those who have terminal illnesses now.
