Public meetings are to be held across Clare in the coming months to encourage communities to take action to prevent their water quality from worsening.
The Agricultural Sustainability Support and Advisory Programme, launched last year by the Agriculture Minister, is now being rolled out here.

The aim is to create awareness of fluctuations in water quality as well as give members of the community actions that they can take to prevent quality decreasing.
