Mark Riley, a judge raised in Ennis, Texas is currently on a trip to Ireland, where he has met with local representatives in Clare’s County Town to discuss pairing the towns.
It’s after he made contact with with Clare man Rónán Bradley on Facebook, who put him in touch with the county council.
