A new survey has signalled little change in Clare property prices, despite growth elsewhere.

A survey of asking prices by myhome.ie has found that the average asking price for a three-bed semi-detached home here is just under €110,000, having fallen slightly in the past three months.
Strongest growth has been recorded in the country's main urban areas, while the survey shows there's now a gap of more than a third between the asking price for properties in Dublin and those around the country.
