Property prices have posted their first annual increase in five years.

Prices rose by 1.2 per cent in the 12 months to the end of June – according to the Central Statistics Office.
In the month of June, prices rose by 1.2 per cent compared to a drop of 0.3 per cent in May.
The CSO says home values in Dublin were responsible for the annual increase.
