A prominent road in South East Clare is set to close from the end of this month until the middle of next year.
All vehicular traffic, bar local access, will be restricted on the Knockalisheen Road from the roundabout to Moyross Avenue from November 28th until June 29th 2026.

The closure will facilitate the next stage of the Coonagh to Knockalisheen Distributor Road Project which began in January.
Shannon Banks Sinn Féin councillor, James Ryan, claims, the proposed works won’t be as disruptive as first planned.
