The Food Safety Authority has served a prohibition order on a seafood business in Ennis.

Taste of the Sea Ltd which is based at 1 Merchants Square, The Market was issued with the notice last Wednesday.
The order required the business to withdraw a number of products including packets of smoked salmon, crab meat and prawns.
In all The Food Safety Authority served notices on 11 businesses across the country in February, including several closure orders in Dublin, Cork, Wexford, Meath and Laois.
