House prices are continuing to rise in Clare, according to two new property reports published today.
Daft.ie’s latest analysis shows the average price of a home in this county between April and June was €266,838, which is up 11% on last year.
The latest report from the Real Estate Alliance meanwhile, shows the average price of a second-hand three-bed semi in Clare has increased to €250,000, up 2% in the last three months.
According to the REA, the average time taken to sell increased by a fortnight in Clare, to a total of eight weeks,
The survey shows that across the county, 65% of purchasers were first-time buyers, and 5% of purchasers were from outside of the county.
A total of 5% of sales in the county this quarter were attributed to landlords leaving the market.
