The price of non-residential land in Clare is among the lowest in the country.
The Agricultural Land Market Review and Outlook Report 2022, published by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, shows good quality land here is being sold for around €9,800 per acre for less than 50 acres.

Poor quality land is available for around €3,500 on average, which is the lowest figure in Munster.
Only six other counties, across Connacht and Ulster, had less expensive good quality land than Clare, while only Leitrim has cheaper poor quality land than the Banner according to the report.
