Pressure Put On Council To Maintain Tuamgraney To Killaloe Footpath

Pressure is mounting on Clare County Council to stay on top of the maintenance of a prominent footpath in the east of the county.

Following criticism of the local authority for “neglecting” the hedges along the Tuamgraney to Killaloe road last summer, it’s been confirmed maintenance works will take place this year between June 24th and July 5th inclusive.

The operation will involve minor drainage works and trimming of existing hedges along the route.
