Pressure mounts to refer Syrian escalation to ICC

Amnesty International is calling on the UN Security Council to refer the situation in Syria to the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.

It follows the publication of a new report, which reveals an increase in the amount of killings, torture and war crimes.
