President Michael D Higgins will be in Tulla this afternoon.

The President is attending a ceremony, organised by the locally-based Chnoc na Gaoithe Comhaltas branch, who are honouring seven organisations and individuals who have made a significant contribution in the Tulla and East Clare area over the past century.
The event at the Cnoc na Gaoithe Comhaltas Cultural Centre gets underway at 3:30, and kicks off Feile Cnoc na Gaoithe in the town this weekend.
The centre's Chairperson Breda McNamara says it's particularly appropriate that President Higgins is coming to Tulla.
