The husband of Savita Halappanavar will today be given a draft report of the investigation into his wife’s death.

Praveen Halappanavar will also be invited to make contributions and seek adjustments if he sees fit.
Ms Halappanavar, who was 17 weeks’ pregnant, died at Galway University Hospital following a miscarriage last October.
