While Clare’s senior and Under 21 hurlers remain in the hunt for All Ireland Glory, Clare FM is also in the running for three major national radio awards.

The Banner’s number one radio station has been shortlisted for Best News Bulletin in the PPI Radio Awards 2013 while Clare FM’s Morning Focus has been named in the Best Current Affairs Programme Category.
And Clare FM’s commitment to Traditional Irish Music has also received national recognition as The West Wind has been shortlisted in the Specialist Music Category.
The PPI Radio Awards recognise excellence in Irish Radio Broadcasting and this year’s winners will be announced on October 4th.
