Potentially explosive device found at home of French Alps victims.

Investigators have found what’s been described as a potentially explosive substance at the home of a British family shot dead in France last week.

Its not clear what kind of substances are involved.

An army bomb disposal team is now at the house in Claygate in Surrey and neighbouring homes have been evacuated.

Saad al-Hilli, his wife, mother-in-law and a French cyclist were shot dead in the French Alps last Wednesday.  His daughters, aged 7 and 4, survived.
