Positive Signs Emerge From Syrian Talks

Oxfam Ireland says an agreement for Syrians to be allowed to leave the besieged city of Homs is a positive sign, but they may not feel safe enough to go.

It’s after the Syrian government agreed to allow women and children to leave the city, where many were under siege without access to food and medical supplies since June 2012.
