Shannon airport is welcoming a record number of Business Aviation Flights, despite a slight downturn in commercial passengers planes landing there.
A total of 460 ‘Business Aviation jet movements ’ took place at Shannon in June, which was the largest number of movements in and out of the airport ever in a single month and a 26% increase on last year.

Management at Shannon are hoping this type of business will continue to grow, particularly as commercial terminal flights were down 1.3% in June.
