Clare’s Independent TD says the manner in which pay negotiations take place needs to change following the Tánaiste leaking a confidential GP contract.
Leo Varadkar addressed the Dail last night saying he regretted his actions, but they were done in order to to inform the NAGP of negotiations that would impact them.
The Fine Gael Leader completely rejected the suggestion there was anything criminal in what he did, but admitted it wasn’t best practice.
