A professor of politics at the region’s largest university doesn’t foresee Boris Johnson returning at Prime Minster in the UK.

It comes as embattled Prime Minister Liz Truss is fighting to cling to Number 10 this afternoon during Leader’s Questions.

A vote on fracking in the house of commons will represent a vote of confidence in Liz Truss, with Tory MP’s urged by the party whip to support their leader.
