Clare's Fianna Fáil TD is calling on the Minister for Transport to investigate the company which operates speed vans, after they came under fire from a local District Court Judge.

At Kilrush District Court yesterday, Judge Patrick Durcan says Go Safe has wasted 'public money', after coming to court and failing to prosecute alleged speeding motorists for what he said "was one bad reason after another".
His comments came as he dismissed two and struck out two prosecutions connected with GoSafe.
