An enhanced Garda presence is set for the streets of Clare’s large towns and popular nightspots ahead of Halloween.
It’s understood increased visibility patrols are to be conducted across the likes of Ennis and Shannon, along with the county’s coastal areas, over the next number of days.
It comes as the people of Clare are being warned possessing fireworks without a licence could cost them thousands of euro this weekend.
