Limerick City and County Council has unveiled plans for what's described as the biggest city centre real estate project outside of Dublin over the next 10 years.

100 million euro Plans to transform the city centre Opera site into a mixed office, retail and residential centre have been unveiled.
The local authority says it will be home to 3,000 jobs.
It's hoped construction will begin within 18 months.
