Clare County Council has given the go-ahead for the construction of three new industrial manufacturing units in Shannon.
The plans consist of a single storey high-bay industrial floor, an ancillary office area and a roof plant, along with new and upgraded vehicular access and 296 car parking spaces and 148 bicycles spaces.

Shannon Commercial Properties has been granted planning permission for the project in the Shannon Free Zone West, subject to a number of conditions.
These include submitting revised lighting, layout and landscaping plans.
